Osaka Prefecture, Japan: Kansai Branch Office Opening Ceremony of the Cambodia-Japan Kibou Association (CJKA)






Today marks a significant and momentous day as the Cambodia-Japan Kibou Association (CJKA) successfully achieves the initial step in opening its first Kansai Branch Office in Japan. This marks the first branch office of the association in Japan, under the distinguished leadership of:

H.E. Mr.Heng Sour, Minister of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cambodia-Japan Kibou Association.

H.E. Mr.Tuy Ry, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Japan.

H.E. Mr. Hout Synead, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cambodia-Japan Kibou Association.

Mr. Yukihisa Shimura, Director of the Osaka Labor Bureau, Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare.

Mr. Okamura Katsumasa, President of REVE 21 Company, has been appointed the head of the Kansai Branch Office of CJKA. The Kansai Branch Office will implement action plans aligned with the association's objectives and mission, actively collaborating with government agencies and the private sector with the goals of strengthening ties between Cambodia and Japan, promoting sustainable economic development with progress and excellence, disseminating culture and educational opportunities, and advance the unity and partnership between the two nations.
