​On March 10, 2025, the Cambodia-Japan Kibou Association (CJKA) and the Cambodia Students' Association of Japan (CSAJ) established a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Cambodia-Japan Kibou Association office.

The purpose of this memorandum is to establish a framework for cooperation between CJKA and CSAJ in areas of mutual interest, including networking, professional development, education, cultural exchange, and social impact initiatives. This partnership aims to enhance bilateral collaboration, and strengthen Cambodian-Japanese relations.
